Welcome to Hotel Burana, your home away from home in the heart of Bogotá. As a boutique hotel that values personalized experience and tranquility, we ask our guests to observe the following policies:


Check-in and Check-outCheck-in can be done from 3:00 p.m. If you arrive early and your room is ready, we will be happy to provide you with access at no additional cost. Check-out must be completed before 1:00 p.m. For late check-outs, please check with reception for additional possibilities and charges.


No Smoking PolicyWe maintain a smoke-free environment for the comfort and health of all our guests. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel, including rooms and common spaces. Significant cleaning charges will apply if this policy is violated.


Guest RegistrationAt check-in, it is necessary to present an official photo ID. We value your safety; therefore, access to rooms is limited to registered guests only.


VisitorsVisitors are welcome in the common areas, but for security and privacy reasons, they are not allowed access to the rooms. Any additional overnight guests must register and applicable rates will apply.


Silence and NoiseTranquility is important for everyone. Avoid holding meetings or events that may disturb the peace of other guests. Likewise, we ask that you moderate the volume of electronic devices after 10:00 p.m. to maintain a serene environment.


Guest Responsibility Any damage or theft of hotel items will be the responsibility of the registered guest and the corresponding costs will be charged. We appreciate the care and respect towards our facilities and furniture.


Right of Admission In case of non-compliance with any of the aforementioned policies, we reserve the right to terminate the accommodation contract without refund.


Forgotten ItemsAt Hotel Burana, we understand that sometimes personal items can be left behind. If this happens, we will endeavor to contact the guest to arrange a return. The found objects will be kept for a period of 8 days; After this time, they will be donated to a local charity or discarded in accordance with current regulations.


Pet PolicyAlthough we love animals, Hotel Burana is not currently equipped to accommodate pets. We thank you for your understanding and will be happy to suggest nearby boarding houses for your comfort and that of your furry companions.


Luggage HandlingFor your convenience, we offer luggage storage for guests who require storage before check-in or after check-out. Given the boutique nature of our hotel, storage space is limited and is offered subject to availability. We cannot store large or excess items; We recommend guests plan accordingly.

Reservation and Cancellation Policies of Hotel Burana


Reservation GuaranteeTo guarantee your reservation at HotelBurana, we require a deposit or bank transfer equivalent to the value of the first night at the time of booking. Rooms will remain subject to availability and may be offered to other clients until said deposit has been confirmed. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice until deposit is confirmed. If the deposit is not received, the reservation will be canceled and subject to availability.


Free Cancellation PolicyWe value the flexibility of our guests and offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date. To avoid charges, please notify the hotel directly of any changes to your itinerary in advance.


Late CancellationsIf you need to cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before your arrival, a penalty corresponding to the value of the first night will be applied. This measure is necessary to compensate for the opportunity to reserve the room for other guests.


No-ShowIn the event that a guest does not show up without having notified the hotel, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. This ensures that Hotel Burana can manage its rooms and availability effectively.


Reservation Modifications Any change in the duration or dates of your stay will be subject to availability and possible rate adjustments. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to best meet your needs.
